Mushroom Cultivation

16/01/23 We spent another brilliant evening learning how to grow mushrooms out of recycled materials with Stockport Fungi. Alex who founded the mushroom farm in the basement just over a year ago has been running the classes with us over the past few months and they are growing ever more popular. Later in the year we plan to expand the programme to run workshops creating mushroom paper and growing mycelium bowls, keep your eyes peeled!
