Mushroom Craft & Cultivation with Stockport Fungi

We are thrilled to announce we are launching a series of workshops in collaboration with Alex Williams and Stockport Fungi. Alex has been growing mushrooms underneath the restaurant since the start of the year, having converted part of our basement into an urban growing space.

The first of the workshops will be focusing on mushroom cultivation using recycled materials. Where you will learn about a variety of mushrooms, their benefits and growing techniques you can replicate at home to produce your own food.
