The Landing Produce

The first of our squashes this season have begun to feature on the menu. Every part of the squash plant is edible, and utilising the stem and the leafier their nutrients is something we should be doing more. Barbecued tromboncino, squash leaf saag, sheep's ricotta, caraway and curry leaf. All grown at the Landing
