The Landing

A lively volunteer day on The Landing!

The team visited The Landing this morning, harvesting produce and recycling compost into the beds. They have been transferring Cosmos seedlings into pots, which will be harvested for the restaurant and @yellowhammer_stockport in the summer!

The greenhouse is nearly 30 degrees, which is surprisingly warm for this time of year, one of the main differences of growing on a rooftop! Because of this we’re experimenting with planting out the herbs earlier than usual.
