WTLGI NATURAL CIDER

 

Introducing our natural cider ‘There are Not Enough Legs on a Pig’ made in-house by the team.

This cider was made using a variety of hand harvested apples which were donated from your gardens and local orchards. Naturally fermented with indigenous yeast and bottled with residual sugar, then aged in the bottles for 10 months. No fining, no filtering, nothing added, nothing taken away.

We are currently on the search for apples for this years cider making, if you drop your apple tree harvest off at the restaurant we will swap you for a bottle of 2020s juice.
