Cinderwood Market Garden

Yesterday we had the pleasure of visiting Cinderwood, a one acre (and growing) market garden based in Cheshire.

Cinderwood was founded by a chef & a farmer, who work together to grow produce that makes an impact to the soil and to those who eat it. They produce fruit, vegetables, herbs and salad leaves throughout the year using regenerative methods and organic principles— championing the idea that food should be flavourful, nutritious, accessible and grown responsibly.
