British Wine Fair 03.03.2024

Sunday the 3rd of March we had the pleasure of hosting our first British wine fair in collaboration with our friends from ISCA and Wines Under The Bonnet. We welcomed passionate winemakers from around the country. A brilliant opportunity to meet growers, learn about their processes and taste their unique and beautiful produce.

As Ben from WUTB wrote “We reckon that the UK is probably one of the most underdeveloped wine making areas in the world right now, and at the beginning of a hugely exciting journey. With so much to explore here, grapes, styles, regions; everyone is learning constantly. We count ourselves very lucky to be playing a part in the early stages of an exciting movement.

It's a true privilege to be able to bring people together like this, and in some way help facilitate this meeting of ideas, stories, knowledge and joy.”

We also had the pleasure of hosting writer Abbie Moulten who moderated a panel in the staff room, discussing the effects of climate change on the production of British wine and the future implications it will have on growing practices.
