Stockport Fungi atThe Landing

We recently hosted our first mushroom inoculation workshop with Stockport Fungi up at the Landing. This hands-on event brought together mushroom enthusiasts, gardeners, and community members for an evening of learning and cultivating fungi.

Participants learned the art of mushroom inoculation learning two different methods equipped with sterilized equipment and mushroom spore strains, attendees drilled holes and inserted spore-infused plugs into locally sourced logs, Alongside learning how to inoculate a bed with wine caps.

We have future workshops scheduled both at the garden and the restaurant so keep a look out!
