The Landing

Autumn is almost upon us! We have begun to harvest the very first of our pumpkins, and we have recently fitted our sign made by the brilliant Hannah Tolson. Feeling the bright and fresh energy the new season hast to offer. We have had over the past few weeks a constant supply of tomatoes in many shapes and sizes, we also have their polytunnel neighbours joining the menu this week, Poona Kheera are and Indian varietal of cucumber. They hail from the poona region of India and are edible at all stages, from their initial white, they turn to a golden yellow and then to a crispy and crackled brown.
