A new season and a fond farewell

As we return from our summer break we would like to take some time to appreciate our former Head chef and longest running WTLGI staff member Samuel Munstermann as he moves on to pastures new in Australia

Sam has been an absolute pillar of solidarity in the WTLGI kitchen, throughout this time he has shown incredible commitment and dedication to achieving our shared goals of sustainability within the kitchen.

He has always brought to his work a pristine precision alongside an innovative and creative approach to working with produce and cooking, he has always remained humble and fastidious.

He will be deeply missed by all of us, and we wish him all of the luck in the world as he begins his new adventure
