Pumpkin Pie

It being the spooky season after all, here is our take on a classic pumpkin pie. Butternut and Crown Prince squashes roasted and Brûléed with a selection of spices chosen by our brilliant pastry chef Eilidh. Foraged mugwort, woodruff, Alexander seed and hogweed join fennel seeds from the landing.
