Pickling and Fermentation with Seri Nam

We would like to say a huge thank you to the Brilliant Seri Nam and to all who attended our pickling and fermentation classes. As the winter months draw in, the importance of preservation is highlighted as we look to our fermentation chamber and our storage cupboards to revisit our summer produce. In the first workshop we learnt how to create a sweet pickle and a lacto-ferment and what produce works best for each method. On the second evening we held a Kimchi masterclass, Seri guided us with her intrinsic knowledge and shared much of the Korean traditions associated with Kimchhi.
