ACT 4: SUPRA GUEST, BAVETTE

Joining us for the Act 4: Supra takeover on Monday, the 24th of March, are Sandy Jarvis and Clement Cousin of Bistro Bavette. 

Long-time friends of WTLGI, Clément, and husband Sandy, opened Bavette in Leeds in February 2024, quickly becoming one of the UK’s dearly loved restaurants. 

On the night of the 24th, our own Sam Buckley will be cooking a Supra feast together with Sandy, while Clement and our sommelier Anna Frost will be pouring a special selection of wines made by Clement’s father. 

One of Loire’s legendary vignerons, Olivier Cousin produces biodynamic wines on his 10 hectares of land, whilst his son, Baptiste, continues to make wine with his partner; his sister converts any unusable wine to her own brand of vinegar. With nothing added in the field or the cellar and the use of horses instead of tractors on the land, the production is a commitment to the heritage of the land and a true representation of the local terroirs.
