Felting with Joanne wood

Last weeks felted cushion workshop with the Brilliant Joanne Wood.
In our first session, Using the traditional method of wet felting, we created the fabric for the cushions. Coming up this Sunday will be the second part of workshop where we shall be hand stitching and embroidering them with natural materials.
Joanne shared stories of her farm in Chinley, her knowledge of the rare breeds of sheep she rears there and the intricacies and uniqueness of the textures of their coats.
