Rhubarb Season

Spring is finally in full swing and we have had an abundance of rhubarb delivered bringing in the bright pink colours that symbolise the end to the winter.

Pastry Chef @julie_kettyle_ with a fresh delivery of Rhubarb, she has created this incredible dessert of Rhubarb sorbet, fresh raw forced rhubarb from Yorkshire and The Landing lavender oil.
