Workshop with StudioBarb

Our residency with Studio Barb came to and end this past Sunday with her final workshop focusing on mantle pieces. Leanne, who has taught 6 workshops with us in the past is beginning her PHD and has decided to close her studio. It has been a  joy learning the many ways we can dress flowers with her and we wish her the best of luck in her studies. Sunday was a beautiful day and fortunately not to hot for the flowers or attendee’s. Using locally sourced blooms, we learnt the process of building a grand centre piece design using traditional floristry methods inspired by  a traditional country garden.
