The Landing Produce

Elephant Garlic soup, made entirely with produce grown on the landing. The huge garlic was planted from seed by one of our volunteers Cath earlier in the year and she harvested them last week. Pineapple weed which has self seeded in little runner beds is made into an oil, alongside fresh lemon thyme, Oca leaf and flowers.We bbq the purple jackets of the Blauwschokker peas which sit at the bottom of the soup. Also pictured drying in the rafters.
