Bluedot 2022

Over the weekend we worked alongside the team from Eat well MCR to serve kebabs for Bluedot festival at Jodrell Bank. The kebab has been in development for sometime, we have been using mutton from our friends at Littlewood’s butchers and flatbreads made over at Yellowhammer. For our vegetarian option resourced lions mane mushrooms from Polyspore in Altrincham, pickled kohlrabi, cabbage and onions with a creamy sheep milk yoghurt source and a house Jabanero sauce made with chillis grown on the Landing. Despite the torrential rain, the whole team pulled together and we had a fantastic time. We sold out in 2 hours raising funds in the process to help feed vulnerable people around Manchester.
