Each night we endeavour to tell a story through a selection of plates.
We offer no menu but instead create a dining experience from the day's catch, harvest and slaughter.
This is our response to the world around us, to our curiosity with the native ingredients of a lost island.
We move forward with ambitions to increase our awareness of the world around us and the effects we, as a business have on it.

Dinner is priced at £75
Wine pairing is £45 | Non-alcoholic pairing is £20 | Our additional cheese course is £10
A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill for your consideration. 100% of the service charge is distributed between all members of staff by a designated employee.
Dinner is served from Wednesday to Saturday from 6.30pm. We will take the last booking at 9.00pm.
We will be closed for our Christmas holidays from 24th December 2017 until the 12th January 2018
