Please advise us of any dietary requirements when booking as there are some requirements that we will not be able to accommodate. We look to inspire, challenge and excite; we do not cater for likes and dislikes.

Our dining space is intimate with only 25 allocations each night.

As food is prepared daily in correlation to the number of guests joining us we ask for debit or credit card details at the time of booking. All cancellations or decrease of numbers are subject to a 48 hour cancellation fee of £65 per person. All cancellations must be sent by return email and we reserve the right to cancel should numbers decrease.

About

Each night we endeavour to tell a story through a selection of plates.

We offer no menu but instead create a dining experience from the day's catch, harvest and slaughter.

This is our response to the world around us, to our curiosity with the native ingredients of a lost island.

We move forward with ambitions to increase our awareness of the world around us and the effects we, as a business have on it.

Dinner is priced at £75

Wine pairing is £45   |   Non-alcoholic pairing is £20   |   Our additional cheese course is £10

A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill for your consideration. 100% of the service charge is distributed between all members of staff by a designated employee.

Bookings

Dinner is served from Wednesday to Saturday from 6.30pm. We will take the last booking at 9.00pm.

We will be closed for our annual holidays from the 1st April until the 18th April 2018

We take bookings for two months in advance, on the last day of every month at midnight a new month will open
