Each night we endeavour to tell a story through a selection of plates.
We offer no menu but instead create a dining experience from the day's catch, harvest and slaughter.
This is our response to the world around us, to our curiosity with the native ingredients of a lost island.
We move forward with ambitions to increase our awareness of the world around us and the effects we, as a business have on it.

Wine pairing is £50 | Non-alcoholic pairing is £25 | Our additional cheese course is £10
We also offer a very small list of wines by the glass and bottle that changes every evening
A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill for your consideration. 100% of the service charge is distributed between all members of staff by a designated employee.
Dinner is served from Wednesday to Saturday from 6.30pm. We will take the last booking at 9.00pm.
We take bookings for two months in advance, on the last day of every month at midnight a new month will open

As the seasons evolve, they offer a diverse bounty of which our menu is a living reflection. For this reason we are not always able to accommodate certain allergies or dietary requirements. Please note that we do not cater for vegetarians or vegans, but we do offer a pescatarian option. Please enquire before booking on email@example.com. Thank you for your understanding
